The ‘Sound’ was designed and developed to withstand the abuse of riding flat pedal BMX, MTB, and skating. It’s not a wacky space boot for bikes. It’s built with style but packed with function.

The MTB build features a stiffer toe and heel cup that offers more protection than our standard BMX flat pedal shoe. Hidden in the crank arm side and the outside is a layer of our custom impact foam, made with recycled truck tires, to protect against impacts. Perforated side panels offer that extra bit of breathability. Every MTB build shoe is treated with our water-resistant treatment.

It features our full-length EVA midsole, along with our custom polyurethane insole to be high-impact resistant and durable.

The outsole is 400 NBS rubber for wear resistance, with a herringbone tread pattern to keep it gripping your pedal pins, no matter the shape. Over 5mm of rubber across the entire outsole prevents tears and as your shoe wears, the grip isn’t compromised. the outsole is both glued and stitched around the entire outsole for durability.
